Shipping Policy
Flat rate:
$5.95 for packages weighing 1-5 lbs.
$6.95 for packages weighing 5.1 -10 lbs.
$8.95 for packages weighing 10.1-15 lbs.
$14.95 for packages weighing above 15 lbs.

2 To 5 Days Delivery for any order in the 48 States in the US. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability and on the volume of orders that day.
We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $9 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
- Shipping weight includes the weight of the box along with filler to make sure you receive the product in good condition. Sometimes we run short on boxes and we must ship products in larger packages. If this happens, you are not charged any additional fees due to heavier shipping weight.
Order Processing
- Within minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number & other important information.
- If you place your order during regular business hours, we make every effort to ship it the very same day. If you order later in the day, your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment the next business day.
- After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

In just a couple of days, typically 2-5 business days, your order will be delivered directly to your door.
Your privacy is assured. Please understand that we respect your privacy and have no interest in your personal spending habits. We do not sell or distribute any of your personal information.
To provide the best possible service some orders are shipped via USPS depending on the product availablilty, the ship to location or is shipping to a PO Box. All packages sent via USPS will receive an email notification with a USPS tracking number when the shipment is sent out.
