Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping). You can either request a full refund for the product or exchange the product for something different. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of purchase. We cannot refund your shipping or your return shipping fees. If a product's satisfaction is guaranteed by the manufacturer, you may chose to arrange a refund directly with the manufacturer.
To Return An Item
To return an item, simply email us letting us know you are returning an item and send it in a carefully packed box to:

Include your name, order number, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like a refund (minus shipping) or an exchange. We will take care of this for you within 48 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we received it. Of course, we cannot be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us.
