Who Has Access To My Information?
Only the owners of StayFitNutrition.com are responsible for handling your account have access to your information. In order to process your credit card we have to consult with an outside credit card processing company. These processing companies are regulated by the banking industry and must meet certain security requirements in order to be in business. The processing companies will have access to your credit card information, billing address, name, and possibly your telephone number. The processing company will communicate with the issuing bank of your credit card in order to get final approval to charge your credit card for the product or services we are providing for you.
Security:
We take great pride in keeping your personal information safe and secure. www.stayfitnutrition.com is able to support Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

To maximize fraud prevention, we require both credit/debit card billing address and CVV2 code verification before any order will be shipped. When placing an order you must have:
1. The address the Card's statement is sent to (billing address)
2. A 3-4 digit code found only on the card. (CVV2 code)
Step one of the check out process will require both the shipping address and the cards billing address. If these two addresses are the same, simply click the same button. Step three of the check out process will require the card holders name, card number, expiration date and CVV2 code.
If you are using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card, the CVV2 code is the last 3 digits found on the signature strip on the back of the card.
We do not accept American Express or any type of gift cards, even with visa or mastercard logo.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
Our system automatically verifies all addresses with VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Your IP address will be automatically recorded as part of your order. If we suspect your order to be fraudulent, we will immediately contact the FBI, local law enforcement, and other relevant authorities, and you will be prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law.
Chargeback Policy
All references to a "chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on www.stayfitnutrition.com. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly assist you. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on Stayfitnutrition.com, please contact us for immediate resolution. We have a sophisticated anti-fraud system in place and immediately cancel and void orders that appear fraudulent. You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit/debit card by Stay Fit Nutrition. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that Stayfitnutrition.com may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to $25 by any means deemed necessary, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card or having the amount recovered by a collection agency.
