Directions

I like ZMA, it think it does build strenght. I don't think I sleep as good as it says it does, but I am happy with the results I have been seeing. I have been taking it for 3 months and I see a little more definition that when I didnt take it. I first started with the Twinlab ZMA and decided to try this one because it was a little cheaper. I think they both work so I am sticking with the cheaper one.
