Directions
Natural 100% Oats and Whey is INSTANTIZED, so it always mixes up easily. Simply add 1 heaping scoop of Natural 100% Oats and Whey to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 6-8 ounces of cold water or milk. Then blend, shake, or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved.
TIP:
(1) For thicker, more strongly flavored shake, use a little less water or milk; for a thinner consistency try adding a little more liquid.
