What Is The Fastest Method Of Contacting Us?

Due to the large number of contact we have with our customers, the fastest method of getting a response is by email. We try extremely hard to give you the best customer service possible and with email we typically get back to you within 2 hours during business hours. (9-5 PST Monday-Friday)


Why Do You Only Have 2-5 Day Shipping?

The way our business is set up, we have several locations throughout the United States we ship from. Most orders are received about 3 business days from the day of purchase, depending on stock and proximity to a metropolitan area. We do not see the need to charge you extra money to get an order maybe 1 day sooner.


Do You Ship To Alaska Or Hawaii?

Sorry, at this time we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

In order to process your credit card we have to consult with an outside credit card processing company. The processing company will communicate with the issuing bank of your credit card in order to get final approval to charge your credit card for the product or services we are providing for you.
