Mixing Instructions: Dymatize Mega Gainer was designed to mix instantly in liquid with minimal foaming. Dymatize Mega Gainer does not need the use of a blender to disperse completely in liquid. Milk can be substituted for water if more calories are desired. In Water: Add 3 level scoops to 16 ounces of water. Stir for 20 seconds or until completely dispersed.
