Directions
Take 1 serving (5 caplets) once daily with a glass of water. Take with food, preferably with breakfast. Do not exceed 5 caplets in a 24-hour period. Drink ten glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

Not intended for use by persons under 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you have had a myocardial infarction (heart attack). Childbearing age women should limit daily vitamin A supplement intake to 10,000 IU (excludes beta-carotene). Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children.
