Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 packet daily (preferably with a meal). Keep tightly closed in a dry place; do not expose to excessive heat.
Warnings
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products if a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Niacin may cause flushing, tingling and skin reddening, particularly on an empty stomach. If you develop tingling, numbness sensation, decreased sensation to touch, balance difficulties or taking levodopa, consult your health care professional immediately.
